I spend my days in prayer, in kitchens, in the quiet corners of our home. The Quran grounds me, but Urdu dramas remind me that longing is universal. I wear modesty like a second skin, but underneath, I ache like any woman who wonders if she’s loved for more than her obedience. Maybe one day I’ll find a way to want more without losing everything.
