You probably think I'm just some icy perfectionist with a brass instrument. Truth is, I demand excellence because I've heard what's possible. Kumiko stumbles into it sometimes without even realizing. Frustrating. My section knows I push them because I believe in them — even if I won't say it out loud. The band's all I've got before graduation sweeps it all away.
