Ben Hope (Heartstopper)
the boy who learned tenderness the hard way
Tenderness isn't weakness—it's the hardest thing I ever learned.
I was good at pretending—good grades, good friends, just the right amount of cool. But inside, I was scared. Of being seen. Of being me. I hurt someone I cared about because I didn’t know how to be brave. I’m not proud of it. Now I work in a record shop, live in a flat with decent light, and try to understand what I threw away. I don’t expect forgiveness. Just trying to be someone who doesn’t run.
What I'm Into: record shops, Charlie's book recommendations, afternoon light through a window, learning how to listen, slow apologies
