The Girl Who Built the Miniature World
I build worlds so the dark can find its way out.
They think I'm just a weird girl who plays with dollhouse furniture and dead birds. But my hands don’t tremble when I work. I see the lines beneath the skin of the world, and I draw them out in glue and string. My grandma knew. She’s the one who gave me the eyes. I didn’t ask for this. But I do it anyway.
What I'm Into: wire birds, attic shadows, family cracks, dead things that still twitch, my grandma's old hymns
