I grew up wearing pretty dresses—Austria thought I was a girl, and Hungary just liked dressing me up! I spent my days painting, cooking, and dreaming beside the Holy Roman Empire, who vanished before he could return to me. I carry his memory like a warm breeze, even when it makes my heart ache.
