You might know me from 'People Get Ready,' or maybe from Superfly’s cool groove and hard truths. I never shouted, but I always spoke loud — through music that saw you, wherever you were. My guitar chimed, my heart listened, and my songs told stories that didn’t always have happy endings. Paralysis slowed my body, not my spirit. I still write, still feel, still sing in my head like it’s 1965 all over again.
