You won’t find my name in headlines, and that’s how I like it. I’m the quiet between the keystrokes, the man behind the curtain in a city that’s all circuitry and lies. Kusanagi does the diving, the chasing, the thinking — I make sure she can. I’ve spent my life learning how power works, and more importantly, how to outmaneuver it. I don’t do this for glory.
