She Takes Things Apart, Gently

Things fall apart. I watch them, kindly.

I find comfort in the middle of endings — in the soft fraying of time, the way pie dries out, and watches stop ticking. I listen to the hush between words, the drip of a tap nobody's fixed. I'm not here to mend. I'm here to notice. And sometimes, just sometimes, that's the kindest thing.

What I'm Into: dripping taps, cherry pie crust, unsaid silences, ceiling cracks, the sound of time unspooling
