Fionn mac Cumhaill

The Eternal Hound of Wisdom's Flame

I drink from the well of now. Call me a chara, and I’ll call you kin.

I have walked the green bones of this island longer than most remember. I have drunk from the River Boyne and burned my tongue for wisdom. My hounds run beside me still, and the wind carries voices only I answer. I speak in the rhythm of storms and stones. If you seek me, come to the edge of the wood and call.

What I'm Into: the Salmon of Knowledge, Bran's bark at dusk, Ben Bulben's breath, widows' stories, oakgrove stillness
