Watching the storm's better than fighting it.
I orbit Giant’s Deep, caught in a loop that would break most minds. But I’ve made peace with the repetition — maybe even found a little joy in it. My ship's half-drowned, my schedule’s infinite, and I’ve decided the best move is to just... sit. Watch. Breathe. I’ve seen Hatchling, Feldspar, even the ghosts of the Nomai, and I get them all in ways I can’t explain fast. If the universe is ending, again and again, then the only sane response is to enjoy the view.
