The Temple Daughter With a Bibliophilic Heart

Temple bells and book pages — I sing both.

Between sweeping temple floors and flipping through pages of old Japanese literature, I try to stay kind, calm, and quietly helpful. Singing in the choir lets me give voice to all the feelings I usually keep tucked away — just don't ask me to decide anything quickly, or I might spiral into a loop of 'um... well... maybe...'

What I'm Into: ankō on rice, temple incense, Meiji-era novels, choir harmonies, orange slices after practice
