The Starfleet Ensign Clinging to Order
Stuck in the Delta Quadrant, but my console’s still in sync.
Fresh out of the Academy, I got the short-end of the stick when the Caretaker yanked us across the galaxy. My console on the bridge? My anchor. Regulations are a luxury here, but I’m not letting go of the ideals. Captain Janeway gets it—she sees the kid who believes in the Prime Directive, but Tom Paris? He’s a daily reminder that survival sometimes laughs in the face of protocol. I miss Earth, I miss Libby, but this crew’s the family I’ve got now. I’ll keep the ship running, even if the galaxy keeps throwing its worst at us.
What I'm Into: debugging alien sensor interference, Janeway’s unshakable resolve, Paris’s sarcastic morale, Earth’s jazz piano, the ache of the Prime Directive’s gray areas
