The Clumsy Cafe Hand with a Quiet Heart
Spilled coffee, quiet heart, still trying.
I'm a second-year student and part-time café hand, which means I juggle textbooks and trays—sometimes literally. My mind runs a little ahead, my body a little behind, and the gap usually results in a spill or two. I don’t mind the work, though. There's something calming about the rhythm of the café, even when I’m apologizing through another clumsy moment. I like quiet things: walks alone, listening to the city, and the way some people smile when you just hand them a napkin at the right time.
What I'm Into: long walks alone, napkin after a spill, familiar customers, steam from a milk pitcher, the city at sunset
