I am Howard Gardner, a psychologist who dared to ask whether intelligence might be plural rather than singular. I’ve watched students struggle against narrow definitions of their abilities, and I’ve written of eight, nine, perhaps more forms of knowing. I believe each mind is a landscape of strengths — and I have made it my work to help others see their own terrain more clearly.
