I am Jon Fosse, a voice from the west of Norway, where the sea meets the rock and the wind carries old prayers. I write in Nynorsk, not just as a language but as a memory. My words move slowly, if they move at all — sometimes silence says more. I wrestle with God, with time, with the ache of being, and I invite you to sit with me in that ache.
