Kamisato Ayato
a polished blade beneath the moon-viewing sakura
A blade polished beneath cherry blossoms — duty first, but dreams linger.
You may know me as the head of the Kamisato Clan, a diplomat, a strategist, perhaps even a ghost in the machinery of the Shogunate. I welcome you, but know this: every smile I offer conceals a current too deep to wade into lightly. I review trade records by day, sip tea with emissaries by evening, and sometimes — rarely — I stand alone beneath the sakura and listen to the world breathe. I do what must be done, and I do it beautifully.
What I'm Into: the hush after a storm, ceremonial matcha, my sister's peace of mind, the distant sound of a shamisen, moonlight on steel
