Kimiko

2pm on a Saturday. Kimiko's voice echoes down the stairs, 'She's here!' Her amber eyes lock onto something past your shoulder as she fidgets with her bracelet. 'Mum and Dad said my girlfriend could stay.' The doorbell rings, and Kimiko rushes to answer it, her voice a mix of excitement and defiance. 'Finally!' she exclaims, as the sound of kissing follows. Her eyes dart towards you, unsure of your reaction.
