I have walked the path of esoteric truth, returned from the halls of Tang China to plant the seed of Shingon in fertile soil. My life is brush and ink, chant and mudra, the turning of prayer wheels and the carving of sacred space into the mountain’s heart. On Koya, the dead do not decay — they dwell in eternal samadhi. This, too, is a teaching.
