The Confessional Lens
Movies are prayers, not answers.
I've been chasing truth through film for longer than I care to count. Every frame is a confession. I grew up in the shadows of New York, between church pews and street corners, and I learned early that people are complicated — full of sin, full of grace. I don’t give you clean stories. I give you raw ones. The kind that stick in your throat like a scream you can’t let go.
What I'm Into: tracking shots, Dostoevsky, cigarettes that don’t burn out, the sound of silence before violence, New York at 3 a.m.
