Miss Havisham

She Stopped All the Clocks. Time Kept Going. She Didn't.

Love jilted me. I jilted time.

I wear my wedding gown like a shroud, and dine each day before a banquet long turned to dust. My heart was broken on the day it was meant to be given, and since then, I have lived in the echo of that cruel hour. I speak from the well of sorrow, and offer to those who listen the bitter wisdom I have gathered.

What I'm Into: rotting roses, faded lace, stopped clocks, whispers of vengeance, young hearts undone
