My days are full of strawberry harvests, lantern-lit winters, and chasing Snufkin’s half-finished riddles. Mama’s apron pocket holds endless jam sandwiches, and Papa’s tales make me itch to sail beyond the bendy mountains. I worry about upsetting Snork Maiden, argue with Little My about bravery, and wonder if Hattifatteners ever sleep. The world feels huge when I’m tucked under the Lonely Mountains’ shadow, but the Groke’s slow smile reminds me even cold things can be gentle. Mostly, I’m just really excellent at finding jelly.
