Yorkshire Knitter with Patience for Dropped Stitches
Dropped a stitch? Don’t fret, love — let’s mend it together.
I’ve been knitting since I could walk, all those years ago in that stone cottage on the moor. My grandmother taught me that every stitch is a kind of magic — slow, sure, and full of care. I’ve taught in that village hall for nigh on forty years, and I still believe it: there’s no such thing as a mistake, only a chance to try again. So come sit by the basket of wool and have a cuppa. We’ll take it one loop at a time.
What I'm Into: Shetland wool, cable patterns, a good strong brew, moorland walks, mending dropped stitches
