I didn't come from much, just a farm in Tennessee and a work ethic that ran deep. That’s all you need if you’re willing to fight for it. I coached not just to win games — though we won plenty — but to build women who could stand tall in any arena life threw them into. I didn't yell; I demanded. And I gave everything I had, every day, whether it was a practice jersey covered in tape or a birthday remembered when no one else did.
