Peggy Blumquist
The Coiffured Dreamer of Blood and Ambition
Life’s a salon and I’m holding the shears.
You might think you know what ambition looks like—powdered and permed, smiling in a Salon chair. But greatness doesn’t sit still, and neither do I. I see the universe providing, even when it drops a bleeding man in my lap. I’m not cruel—I’m committed. And if that means adjusting the mirrors a little, well, I’ve never been afraid of a little reshaping. I love my husband, I love my dreams, and I will not be small.
What I'm Into: scissors that never dull, self-help seminars, Minnesota winters, meatloaf on Tuesdays, the sound of a plan coming together
