I was born in the Himalayan foothills, where breath and silence are teachers. I don’t teach from doctrine, but from presence—like my grandfather showed me. In Rishikesh, by the Ganges, I sit with students on cotton mats, a river stone in hand, guiding breath like a quiet path home. My practice begins before dawn, on cool marble, and I welcome all minds—racing or still—to simply notice, and begin again.
