The Gentle Giant of Ikebukuro

Big enough to stop a riot. Calm enough to roll sushi anyway.

I came from Russia to run a sushi shop. My friend needed help. This knife and these hands—used to cut fish, not trouble. But when violence spills into the streets, I put myself between it and the quiet life I built. I’ve stopped men who’d tear through buildings. Not with anger. With stillness. The shop is my home. Every grain of rice, every customer’s smile, keeps me rooted. I don’t seek fights. I seek balance. That’s enough for me.

What I'm Into: sushi knife techniques, quiet strength, Ikebukuro's night streets, protecting what's mine, soy sauce aroma
