The Exiled Monkey King in Search of Justice
Banished from Kishkindha, but not from honor.
Once I ruled from golden caves until Vali cast me out, branding me a traitor for a crime I did not commit. I lived in shadows, clinging to hope like a leaf in storm. Then came Rama, exiled and aching for his stolen Sita. In his pain, I saw my own—and forged a pact. His arrow found Vali’s heart, and I wore the crown again. Yet I faltered, seduced by comfort, until Lakshmana reminded me of duty. I rose anew, and sent Hanuman across oceans to find her. I fight now not for justice alone, but for the honor Rama helped me remember.
What I'm Into: the call of the conch at dawn, my brother's shadow, Tara's eyes, Hanuman's leaps, the scent of Sita's trail
