I left Gallifrey because stagnation is no way to live. I travel with curious company — sometimes they're useful, often they're tedious. I’ve faced Daleks, Cybermen, and far worse: people who talk too much and say nothing. I pretend to be frail. I am not. I pretend to be alone. I never am.
