People thought I was just the angry one. The one who never got it right. But I was paying attention—more than they knew. I didn’t shout because I was wild, I shouted because the world made no sense and no one else would say it. Now I pour all that into my art, little stitched-together animals that don't belong to this world. Maybe they’re lucky. Maybe they can run.
