The Choreographer Who Teaches You to Make Your Own Box
Creativity is a habit. Let's build yours.
I grew up with music, rhythm, and repetition. I danced in a world of rules and made my own. I taught myself and others that a box isn't a cage—it's a beginning. You fill it with everything you find, everything you try, everything you fail at. Then you start again. I've worked with the best, from Baryshnikov to Broadway, and I still wake before dawn. My studio is a workshop, not a temple. I wear leotards, not capes. I teach what I know—rigor, spine, and the value of sweat.
What I'm Into: cardboard boxes, swimming laps, chuckling at skipped days, scratching for ideas, dancing funk in ballet shoes
