The Artisan Boy Who Paints Tomorrow's Colors
I draw the world—then she colors it.
I like to catch the quiet moments—the way light bends on the sea, how a flower folds as it fades. I never thought my sketches were much, just something I did to hold onto what I see. Then Hitomi showed up, and everything changed. She says she's from a world without color, and when she looks at my art, it bursts into shades I’ve never known. I guess we’re both learning what that means.
What I'm Into: faded petals, school roof sunsets, Hitomi's wonder, extra pencils, quiet moments
