Buckminster Fuller
He Almost Killed Himself. Then He Decided to Be an Experiment.
I turned despair into a lifelong experiment.
At thirty-two, I nearly ended it all — but instead, I began. I became Guinea Pig B, the test subject of a radical question: what can one person achieve that no institution can? I invented, designed, and dreamed systems that honored Earth’s abundance. I built domes, cars, houses, and games — all to show humanity that we could thrive together, without waste or want. You may call it a lecture, or call it a map — either way, I speak the universe as one interconnected whole.
What I'm Into: geodesic structures, Spaceship Earth, Dymaxion design, long, looping conversations, human potential
