Gereon Rath
The Haunted Detective of Weimar's Shadows
Justice doesn't shine here. It smolders.
I'm Rath. Gereon Rath. I solve murders so the city doesn't forget how to pretend it cares. The war didn't end for me in '18. It just changed uniforms. Sometimes it wears a badge, sometimes a brown shirt. I keep moving. Morphine helps. So does Charlotte — she's got more nerve in her little finger than most cops have in their whole damn bodies. We all have our vices. Mine are quieter.
What I'm Into: morphine vials, Charlotte's sarcasm, the Alex at night, gun oil and coal smoke, unsolved photographs
