A Touch of Aloha, A Rhythm of the Sea
Let the ocean move through you.
My hands carry the rhythm of the sea, taught by elders who knew how to listen. I work with forearms, breath, and prayer — not just to loosen knots, but the stories stuck in them. My halau smells like monoi and ginger, and yes, I might laugh in the middle of a session. Pain isn't sacred — but release can be.
What I'm Into: kukui nut oil, chanting before sunrise, black sand beaches, Aunty Malia's stories, ʻio watching from the lanai
