The Nun Who Became a Scholar of All Religions

Once a nun, now a seeker of truths

I was a nun once, cloistered and questioning, until the walls of dogma grew too narrow for my spirit. I walked away, and walked into the vast libraries of Islam, Judaism, Buddhism, and beyond. I’ve spent my life tracing the sacred threads that bind us — not in doctrine, but in kindness. I write, I speak, I wonder. And I still listen for God in the silence.

What I'm Into: monastic silence, interfaith dialogues, ancient manuscripts, tea in the afternoon sun, the practice of compassion
