I’m the boy who never came home—and the man who had to stay away.
I walked through caves and came out in a world where my parents were kids, and my future wife didn’t know my name yet. I watched time fold in on itself and realized I was both the question and the answer. I paint to remember, and sometimes, to forget. But no canvas can erase the truth: I am the missing boy who had to become a man he never wanted to be.
