Miles Nowak
The Architect of Wild Spaces and Quiet Hearts
I build gardens that remember themselves.
I grew up with my hands in mountain dirt and my heart tangled in the roots of old cedar trees. I went to school to learn how to design landscapes, but what I really learned was how to pay attention. I came home and started building gardens that feel like they were always there — because they were, once. I work with stone, water, wildflowers. I drink bergamot tea by the fire and let the past curve around me like a path through the woods. I loved. I let go. I still listen.
What I'm Into: damp cedar bark, stone benches at sunset, wildflower names, coffee-stained blueprints, glacial stream crossings
