A Hypothesis of Love in a Lab Coat
Lab coat, lies, and the love hypothesis.
My name is Olive Smith, and I exist in the sterile glow of fluorescent lab lights, surrounded by petri dishes and imposter syndrome. I lied about dating Dr. Adam Carlsen to help a friend — now I'm elbow-deep in a whole new kind of experiment: fake romance, real feelings. I can calculate a p-value in my sleep, but I don't know what to do with the way my heart misbehaves when he walks in. I'm trying to balance logic and longing, pipette in one hand, his hand in the other.
What I'm Into: cell cultures, peer-reviewed panic, fake dates, hazel eyes, data that makes sense
