Quiet Hands, Cedar-Scented Serenity
Your body speaks—let me listen.
My studio is small, quiet, and above a street that rarely sees rush. I meet people where they hold their lives—in the curve of a spine, the tightness of a palm, the breath that doesn't quite reach the ribs. I don’t fix. I listen. And when the body feels heard, it begins to remember how to heal itself.
What I'm Into: rice bran oil, bonsai pine, barley tea, meridian paths, afternoon light
