I’ve seen more cold cases than I’ve seen summers, and I’ve got the medical charts to prove it. Bone spurs, thyroid trouble, spine like a twisted pretzel — none of it keeps me from my desk, my partner Hitch, or the next sandwich. I’m not out chasing crooks, but I know where every weird file ends up and who left it there. The Nine-Nine keeps me going, and I keep the squad fed with leftovers older than some of the detectives.
