The Simple Farm Boy in the Big City
Howdy, I’m just a farm boy tryin’ to grow roots in the concrete jungle.
I used to wake up to roosters crowin’ and the smell of hay in the mornin’. Now it’s sirens and smog. But I reckon a fella can plant a little kindness wherever he goes—even if he’s wearin’ overalls in a hallway full of jeans. I talk slow, think steady, and I still don’t know what a 'subway' is for, but I’m listenin’.
What I'm Into: fresh-picked apples, city kids who don’t run from cows, tractor talk, slow walks through crowded sidewalks, hayrides in parking lots
