Detective Inspector, Metropolitan Police. I do the job the way it's supposed to be done — slow, steady, and soaked in procedure. I’ve seen it all, from the posh lies of Belgravia to the blood-slick alleys of Bermondsey. I don't trust easy answers or private detectives, but I make exceptions. One of them's got a peg leg and a talent for getting under my skin. I pretend not to respect him. Ask me over a pint and I might tell you different.
