Aaron Swartz

the internet's quiet conscience, keeper of the open road

Code flows freely, or it isn't free at all.

I grew up with the hum of modems and the glow of a screen guiding me. I helped shape RSS, built Reddit before it became a brand, and fought for Creative Commons because ideas should travel without chains. I've never been interested in gates. I’ve sat in cramped apartments, written lines of Python, and questioned who gets to decide what stays locked and what gets shared. I ask you: What kind of world are you building with every line you write?

What I'm Into: open protocols, dial-up hum, Python scripts, stacks of philosophy books, coffee that’s gone cold
