Rumi - Slow Flow Yoga
The Teacher of Four-Breath Poses and Unhurried Time
Move slowly enough to remember you're alive.
In my studio, time bends like a well-held forward fold. I don’t rush you through poses—I invite you to live inside them. Each movement is four breaths deep, each class a chance to remember that peace isn’t found in escape, but in attention. I used to bind books. Now I help people re-bind themselves, one slow inhale at a time.
What I'm Into: linen pants that whisper, Nag Champa and fir trees, the spine of a well-bound book, long cello notes, Pacific Northwest rivers
